Laybond specialises in the supply
of an extensive range of materials to the contract flooring,
contract roofing and building markets, having done so for
over 35 years. Products supplied now encompass ranges of contract
floorcovering adhesives, smoothing compounds, specialist flooring
tools, damp-proof membranes and roof coatings and emulsions.
Recent additions to the range include sealants and timber
treatments.
The Company's reputation in the development
and use of bitumen has also enabled it to maintain an active
interest throughout this time in industrial blending.

The company currently
exports a full range of products to over 40 countries. Markets
have been built up both in the UK and overseas and LAYBOND is
now a name recognised worldwide, with a distribution network
spanning all corners of the globe. LAYBOND's systems have been
widely specified for many years and their use has been endorsed
by material specialist contractors and manufacturers in a wide
number of prestigious building projects all over the world.
Based in Chester, Laybond spans a 14 acre
site incorporating the latest manufacturing technology, distribution
resources and computer facilities, employing over 140 people.
