A single coat waterproofing compound that can be used over most roof types. Flexacryl is ideal for emergency repairs and provides instant waterproof protection even in the wet. This means that leaks can be tackled immediately as there is no need to wait for the rain to stop.

When dry, Flexacryl forms a tough seamless membrane that conforms to every contour of the roof. This membrane is flexible, durable and weather resistant and can withstand stresses from structural movement caused by the rise and fall of external temperatures.

Flexacryl is available in three colours: black and grey for general repairs or maintenance and white for roofs that require greater solar reflectivity.

	Step 1 Ensure areas to be treated are clean and structurally sound. Remove organic Growth such as moss and lichen. Normal roof substrates will not normally need priming before treatment.
	Step 2 Apply Flexacryl in a single uniform coat. Typical drying period is 2-3 days depending on application thickness, ambient temperature and humidity.
